We offer a variety of training including
: STEPS, Assertiveness, Basic Food Hygiene, Information
Technology, First Aid, Positive Thinking, Compilation of
CV's, Interview techniques, Job Search techniques. We also
'tailor make' courses to suit individual groups e.g Community
courses, Time Management, Committee Skills, Leadership (

How often are the courses run?
A. Courses are run
on a supply and demand basis, depending on funding.
Q.Where
does the funding come from?
A. Many
of our courses are funded by ILA Wales, but we have also
received funding from European Social Funds and Communities
First.

Where are the courses delivered ?
A.
Courses are delivered all over Wales at venues and times
suitable to the participants.

is length of the courses?
A. Varies
from 1 day to 6 weeks depending on the course. A typical
community based course lasts between 4/6 weeks , 2 days
per week

courses affect my benefit ?
A. No
- Most Jobcentres refer people to our training courses.
Client's on a New Deal programme are normally referred to
different training schemes.
